Dear Mayor and Fellow Council Members,

We need to seize the opportunity given to us by the school board.  Because of the  $1,000,000 oops on the new school  and resulting press now is the time for us to have an oops and get it out of our system.  If we keep it below the million dollar mark it will end up below the fold in the Register and Perry Miller will only report on it at 7am and noon after the advertisement halfway through the news cast.

We know that estimates can be wrong, miscommunication happens, to err is human, and it is always the elected officials fault or a conspiracy.  So lets have one of our news worthy issues now, since issues like this are totally in our control.

If you see one of the School Board Members give them a smile, and a thank you.  I'm sure they will appreciate it.
