Airport consultant Andy Olson made a unnecessary comment to the City and County Planning Commissions that the City Council could make its site location decision before the Environmental Assessment was complete.  While this may be true, the plan created by the consultants has the Council making the decision after the assessment is complete.  I can't see it being done any other way.  Good data = Educated Decision. No Data = A Guess.
